Under his leadership, DAK Evolution has been involved in event management, movie promotions, First Day First Show celebrations, creative campaigns, concert collaborations, branding, design and other entertainment-driven initiatives.

Allisha Nair is the Managing Director of DAK Evolution Trading, playing a central role in the company's management, development and execution of its growing portfolio of creative, entertainment and event-based projects.
With a strong focus on organisation, coordination and execution, Allisha oversees the operational and strategic side of DAK Evolution, helping transform creative ideas into structured and memorable experiences.

Beyond the business world, Devendran is widely known as the Founder of Malaysia Ajith Fan Club, a platform he established to bring together fans while also creating meaningful impact within the community. What began as a shared passion for cinema has grown into a community-driven organisation involved in charitable initiatives, public activities and large-scale fan experiences.
His leadership has helped transform fan-based celebrations into professionally organised events, including movie premieres and FDFS celebrations, special campaigns and themed experiences, as well as motorsport-inspired events such as the Ajith Kumar Go-Kart Racing initiative. Under his guidance, the fan club has also been recognised for its commitment to community initiatives, including blood donation campaigns and support for charitable causes.
Alongside his entrepreneurial and community work, Devendran also serves as a government officer, bringing with him years of experience in discipline, responsibility and public service. His ability to balance public service, community leadership and entrepreneurship reflects the values that continue to shape his work.
Driven by passion, discipline and a belief in creating opportunities for people to come together, Devendran continues to explore new possibilities within the entertainment, events and creative industries. With a strong focus on organisation, coordination and execution, Allisha oversees the operational and strategic side of DAK Evolution, helping transform creative ideas into structured and memorable experiences. Her role spans across event planning, project coordination, client and partner collaboration, movie promotions, entertainment campaigns and large scale event initiatives.
Working alongside the creative and leadership team, she has been involved in developing opportunities that connect brands, entertainment and audiences. From cinema related activations and promotional campaigns to event collaborations and concert-related projects, Allisha plays an important role in ensuring that each project is managed with clarity, professionalism and attention to detail.
As DAK Evolution continues to expand its presence within Malaysia's entertainment and creative industry, Allisha brings a management driven approach that balances creativity with practical execution. Her ability to coordinate different stakeholders, manage project requirements and oversee event operations contributes significantly to the company's ability to deliver end-to-end solutions.
